Steven D. Kaiser, President

As President of Stevens, Steve develops overall business strategy and is responsible for defining relationships, business models and operations with solution-providers and partners.

Steve has been involved in the call center space since 1984, and he founded Stevens in 1987.  With a strong background in call recording, Steve helped define and lead the digital call recording solution market transformation.

Mr. Kaiser is a 1983 graduate of Northwestern University's School of Speech, with a Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies and minors in Political Science and Sociology.

Tom Kaiser , VP Sales

As VP of Sales for Stevens, Tom determines product direction; manages Stevens’s sales efforts; and interfaces with solution partners.

Tom has been employed in the call center industry for over ten (10) years with a primary focus on workforce optimization and quality monitoring. At Stevens he has played various roles including Consultant, Customer Relationship Manager, and Regional Sales Manager.

Tom is an active member in the Illinois CCNG (Call Center Networking Group) leading the coordination of call center strategy sessions in the Midwest for the benefit of the overall membership.

Tom graduated from the University of California, Irvine and he received a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University, Chicago.

Tony Schuit , VP Customer Support

At Stevens, Tony directs the Customer Support efforts which include: project management; systems integration; training; and customer care.

As a 18 year veteran of the call center industry with a customer service background, Tony’s experiences include building and managing a 65 person field operation for project management and solution implementation, as well designing and building Stevens own Customer Care Center.

Tony has been directly responsible for hundreds of successful project implementations in the call recording, quality monitoring and workforce scheduling areas as well as the customer support for hundreds of Stevens’ customers.

Tony holds many industry-related process-oriented and product certifications.

Kalpan Shah , Lead Integration Specialist

As Stevens Lead Integration Specialist, Kalpan provides Work Force Management Installation, Integration, Solution Design and Support services.
Kalpan possesses in depth knowledge gained through over eleven years of experience in developing and integrating Work Force Management Solutions across multiple PBX platforms and within large, corporate Call Centers.

Kalpan has performed literally hundreds of implementations for a diverse customer base which includes fortune 500 companies as well as smaller, more unique environments. His technical skills include thorough knowledge of Operating Systems, SQL and Oracle databases, networking and reporting in addition to his strong design and integration capabilities.

Kalpan holds a Masters of Computer Science in Information Systems from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, in addition to other industry certifications. He is also a certified Verint Systems Work Force Management Integrator.
